PSI Elections - The HPAI asks you to use your vote

Create: 03/31/2017 - 15:34

Members of The Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland will shortly be receiving ballot papers for the forthcoming PSI election.

Members of the HPAI are encouraged to take part in the process and use their preference votes wisely.

It is important that the council has strong representation from a hospital pharmacist background.

Veronica Treacy, MBA, BSc Pharm, Cert Pharm Pract, MPSI is standing for election and has the support of the Executive.

Veronica is an experienced hospital pharmacist, who has also worked as project coordinator for the Future Pharmacy Practice project.

As a former Director of Pharmacy at St. James’s Hospital, Veronica has been at the forefront of developments within hospital pharmacy services and, importantly, is fully aware of the challenges that face hospital pharmacists as a result of legislative and regulatory developments.

We have attached her manifesto here.

Please have a read, and if you agree ask you pharmacist colleagues (both in Hospital and elsewhere) to vote #1 for Veronica!

Remember all of your preference votes count! Don't forget that completed ballot papers should be received by the Returning Officer by 5.00pm on Wednesday, 19 April 2017
